Are the Compositions Royalty-Free?
If ANY part of a sample or melody or stems by Bacco is being shopped to or placed as part of a record with ANY major label, the publishing, royalties, mechanicals, points & advance fees MUST be split with Bacco fairly & Production (or Co-Production) must be credited to Bacco.
For any NON-MAJOR placement such as online leasing (BeatStar for example) and sales no negotiation is required!
What is the refund policy?
