Are the Compositions Royalty-Free?
If ANY part of a sample or melody or stems by Bacco and/or Saint Cardona is being shopped to or placed as part of a record with ANY major label, the publishing, royalties, mechanicals, points & advance fees MUST be split with Bacco and Saint Cardona fairly & Production (or Co-Production) must be credited to both.
For any online leasing (BeatStar for example) and prviate sales you have to split as well!
What is the refund policy?
